Found this free blogger-site, and figured out I'd give it a try :) As you can see, I've been kind of updated on this journal too, so I thought I'd let you guys be and start blogging elsewhere;)

Hello hunny,

First off only people that are subscribed to deviantART can change their journals. What happens with that is that you can put in CSS formatting (Cascading Tables Script) so that it appears different.

Also adding thumbnails and pictures to your journal and profile is a priviledge of having a subscription.

Umm, if you would like more info I can see what I can do. There are a few tutorials around and automated layout generators for making CSS script for your journal if you ever get to get a subscription.
